Delivery of Merchandise

Merchandise items are shipped worldwide.

Pre-Orders

Please read the product description of the item you ordered. There you will find the estimated delivery date for the ordered item. Your order will not be split into multiple shipments; it will be shipped once all items are available.

Domestic Shipments (Germany)

Shipping is carried out via Deutsche Post / DHL. Domestic rates below are postage only, without a packaging surcharge.
Shipping cost table:

• Patches – Kompaktbrief (up to 50 g, max. 23.5 × 12.5 × 1 cm): €1.10
• CDs – Großbrief (up to 500 g, max. 35.3 × 25 × 2 cm): €1.80
• T-shirts and hoodies – DHL Paket (up to 2 kg, max. 60 × 30 × 15 cm): €6.19

International Shipments

International shipping is carried out by DHL. Rates are postage only, without a packaging surcharge.

CDs and patches are sent as DHL Päckchen XS (up to 2 kg, max. 35 × 25 × 3 cm), without tracking. T-shirts and hoodies are sent as DHL Paket International (up to 2 kg, max. 60 × 30 × 15 cm), with tracking.

Please enter your destination country correctly. The applicable shipping charge is shown in the shopping cart; country-specific exceptions may apply. For mixed orders, the highest applicable product shipping rate is charged once per order. Please contact us before placing a larger order that exceeds the size or weight limits above.

Unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of ordered items within Germany will take place within 3 – 5 days, within Europe within 2 weeks, and for overseas shipments within 4 – 6 weeks after conclusion of the contract (for prepayment agreements, this applies after the point at which your payment instruction is received).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
If the shipment could not be delivered and is returned to us, the shipping costs will need to be paid again. Only once the additional shipping costs are received will the goods be resent.
