RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item(s).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Chicago Lane GbR, Leon Wagner, Siemensstr. 4, 30173 Hannover, Germany, info@chicago-lane.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.
We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days expires.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, features, and functioning of the goods.
