Delivery of Merchandise

Merchandise items are shipped worldwide.

Pre-Orders

Please read the product description of the item you ordered. There you will find the estimated delivery date for the ordered item. Your order will not be split into multiple shipments; it will be shipped once all items are available.

Domestic Shipments (Germany)

Shipping is carried out via DHL.
Shipping cost table:

• Letter C5/6 (22 × 11 x 1 cm): €2,99 
• Letter C4 (32,4 × 22,9 x 2 cm): €3,99 
• Cardboard S (60 x 30 x 15 cm, up to 2 kg): €5,49

International Shipments

Shipping is carried out via International Tracked Mail or DHL International Parcel via DHL/Deutsche Post.
Since shipping costs vary from country to country, please make sure to enter your country correctly in the shipping address. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
Unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of ordered items within Germany will take place within 3 – 5 days, within Europe within 2 weeks, and for overseas shipments within 4 – 6 weeks after conclusion of the contract (for prepayment agreements, this applies after the point at which your payment instruction is received).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
If the shipment could not be delivered and is returned to us, the shipping costs will need to be paid again. Only once the additional shipping costs are received will the goods be resent.
