These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the Chicago Lane online shop. Our deliveries, services, and offers are made exclusively on the basis of these GTC.
The purchase contract is concluded with Chicago Lane GbR. By placing products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by utilizing the correction facilities provided for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart.
The text of the contract with information on the item is not saved by us. However, the contract data will be sent to you by email. You can view the GTC at any time on this page.
As a consumer, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. All information about the right of withdrawal, exceptions to the right of withdrawal, and the withdrawal process can be found in our cancellation policy.
The prices mentioned on the product pages are total prices and include all price components. Under the small business regulation, we do not charge Value Added Tax. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a shipping cost fee for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information about any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found at the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not prepared to do so.
Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable, or become invalid or unenforceable after the conclusion of the contract, the validity of the rest of the contract remains unaffected.
